Treatment for water retention

Swollen legs and a feeling of heaviness that won't go away? Often it is not just a feeling: it is a sign that the body is retaining more fluid than it should. In these cases, a good draining treatment can really make a difference.

Draining legs: much more than a treatment

If you have ever experienced the feeling of swollen, heavy legs at the end of the day, you know how annoying it can be. It is not just a cosmetic issue: it is a form of discomfort that can affect your well-being, rest and even mood. Draining body creams are designed to help counteract swelling and visibly improve the appearance of the skin, especially in the areas most prone to stagnation, such as the legs, thighs and buttocks. When used consistently, they help regain that feeling of lightness and tone that we all crave.

How do our draining creams work? They stimulate microcirculation, promote the drainage of excess fluid and visibly improve the texture of the skin, making it firmer and more toned.

Draining treatment is useful for everyone, but it is particularly indicated if you stand a lot, move little, travel often or if you are going through hormonal changes, such as during menopause. In these cases, a draining leg cream is a simple, non-invasive solution that can really make a difference, day after day.

Draining ingredients: how to find the really effective product

The most effective leg-draining creams contain active ingredients that help reactivate microcirculation, such as caffeine, escin, butcher's broom, centella asiatica and horse chestnut. If you are looking for a natural drainer, these ingredients are perfect allies to help your body regain balance without stressing it.

Our formulations work deeply, but always gently, to help you gradually improve the tone and appearance of your skin, especially in areas prone to swelling and stagnation.

How to use drainage cream to get results

The effectiveness of a draining cream depends not only on the formula, but also on the way it is applied. Here is how best to use it to enhance its effects:

  1. Apply the cream on clean skin. Preferably after showering, when the skin is most receptive and the microcirculation has already been activated by the warmth of the water. Use a generous amount of draining cream and distribute it evenly over the areas to be treated: ankles, calves, knees, thighs and buttocks.
  2. Do a draining massage. Always massage from the bottom upwards: this is the basic movement, because it follows the flow of the lymphatic circulation. Start at the ankles and slowly work your way up to the thighs with wide, firm (but never aggressive) movements. The aim is to reactivate the microcirculation and encourage fluid drainage.
  3. Use circular movements and light pressure. With the palms or knuckles of your hands, perform circular movements on the calves and thighs. Then, with both hands, gently grasp the muscle and move upwards with steady but gentle pressure. This helps to release tension and stimulate the tissues in depth.
  4. Concentrate on the most critical areas. Spend more time on areas where you feel the most swelling or where the skin appears less toned (such as the inner thighs or the back of the legs). Here you can make small pinching or rolling movements with your fingers, always from the bottom upwards.
  5. Five minutes a day is enough. You don't need an endless treatment: 5-10 minutes of daily massage are enough to notice changes over time, if combined with a quality cream and a little perseverance.
